I am looking for a position with a telecommunications carrier or a large enterprise company that requires telecommunications and data networking expertise.

I have a strong technical knowledge plus other skill sets including negotiating skills, project management, time management, supervising, coaching and mentoring. I have been in many industry-training programs including Cisco IOS, transport, access, IP, ATM, and wireless training sessions. I lead by example and I would never ask someone to do something that I would not do.I strongly believe in equipping people with training and tools to perform their job. People are empowered when they are properly trained and equipped with tools to perform the task at hand. That makes for happy and productive employees.
