Ohio - Horizon Deploys RGB's VMG

Horizon has deployed the VMG in its Chillicothe, Ohio, headquarters, which serves all of its service areas, including 25,000 subscribers in 13 southern Ohio counties. Horizon chose RGB's VMG, with its plug-in TCM blade, for its transcoding capabilities – specifically for the ability to convert MPEG-2 programs into MPEG-4/H.264 in real time while maintaining optimum picture quality.
